Specifically, when reviewing the mortgage arrangements on our old property, Paul spotted that we had been sold an inappropriate policy, leading us to pay more than we needed to have done over the first few years of the policy. He advised us to approach the company who had subsumed the original mortage lender, suggesting the points to raise, which we did.
